I kicked off my “guilt-free holiday season” with good friends, wine, jewelry, and a book signing. On November 27th, from 4:00-7:00 nearly 50 women wined, dined, shopped for strings of colorful beads and lined up for books to be signed for gifts for loved ones. My dear friend, Melinda Kroplin, designed and crafted some of the most amazing pieces of jewelry. The perfect fit for almost anyone on your list. I was happy to see that so many readers of “A Change of Habit” wanted to have personal signed copies for their friends and family for Christmas. It was a wonderful way to begin the Season of Giving. Remember this Guilt-Free tip: There’s always something to celebrate. Celebrations bring renewal, reflection, and rekindling of friendships. Don’t worry about the holidays costing too much time or money. Focus on the “bigger picture” and relish the each savory moment of celebration.
