In flight to Boston over the weekend,  I had my own “mile high” book club discussion with the flight attendants.

In the months of January, February, and March, “A Change of Habit” will be advertised in the Sky Mall Magazine.

Since the ad for my book was literally in the “seat pockets” in front of them, I gave the flight attendants copies compete with the “7 Secrets to Guilt-Free Living” book marks.

A little later out in the friendly skies, I happened back to use the restroom, I was stopped by one of the attendants, saying, “I read the book mark and that secret on happiness touched my heart.”  The other attendant concurred offering, “You have to find what makes you happy.  I was a nurse for 20 years and cried almost every day.  Now I’m a flight attendant and it’s not a job, it’s fun.  When you are doing something that you love it’s not work.”

While the aisle of people were waiting for their free peanuts, another attendant said, “My kids throw so much guilt on me.”  Another one warned her, “Yours are little, just wait until they get a  older like mine.  They don’t stop.”

So even at 37,000 feet, the “guilt-free” message is spreading.

If you do happen to be in the friendly skies in the next few months, be sure to check out Sky Mall Magazine and find the ad for “A Change of Habit”.  The book is literally taking off!

Guilt- Free Tip:  Remember no matter how long you travel down the wrong road, it is never too late to turn around.

Choose one thing that makes you happy and do it….today.

Now is your time to fly!

Meant to Soar,
