Planning seems to be a big part of life…the 20 year career plan, marriage, children, setting aside money for the kid’s college fund, grand children, and future retirement with leisurely travels, etc.  Our life seems to be mapped out according to plans, at least on paper.

But we  REALLY never know what is around the bend in this school called Life!  Just when you think that you have a grip on your life, things go askew.  The smooth waters turn into white water throwing you into uncharted waters losing all sense of balance and control.  In the worst situations, tragedies seem to wash you overboard sending you into the cold depths of doubt and despair.  We’ve all been there and know friends that are doing their best right now in similar situations.  What spiritual insight can we possibly gain from this?

Here’s Sister Mary Vodka’s advice and Guilt-Free Tip:  Even in the darkest nights, trust that Spirit, in the bigger picture, has a loving plan for you.  The Universe will care for you accordingly, even if it’s breaking your heart in the present.

Remember:  There is no guilt in being tossed overboard.  Just don’t lose the paddle of trust/faith.  Give up control because we never really had it anyway.

I have been guilty of many things.
The most recent has been trying to manage two Facebook pages.
You can now find me on the page I have linked below.
I will continue to post my thoughts, insights,
pictures as well as author updates.
I don’t want to loose the friends I have on this page so I kindly ask that you pick up your guilt and follow me.
