radio microphoneI’ve been writing, speaking, and coaching about living you life on your own terms, tossing guilt aside since “A Change of Habit” came out about a year and a half ago, being “awed” at the reception of the topic of guilt.  There are some that say, “I don’t have any guilt” and then there are those that say, “I finally feel so relieved listening to your words of inspiration and hope, knowing that I’m not the only one feeling this way”.   I maintain that guilt associated with not wanting to disappoint ourselves and others is at the basis of many of our decisions highjacking our happiness. Those who say that they are totally “guilt-free” may need to take another honest look in their reflective mirror reflecting on their decision making processes.
